We ship anywhere in the United States. We use a variety of carriers for our shipping, but generally ship via UPS ground. We ship orders every Monday and Thursday, so if you need your order faster, please drop us a line. We'll do everything we can to get you your stuff as quickly as possible.
We want you to be happy with your order. If something isn't right, just contact us within 30 days of your order. We'll authorize a return and offer an exchange or refund. Refunds will be issued to the credit card on which the order was placed, or by check for cash orders. The buyer will be responsible for return shipping charges. For custom goods, sales are final unless there are manufacturing defects, in which case we'll replace it with a new one. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Items must be in new condition and proof of purchase is required. We're reasonable folks, and we want you to be happy. Drop us a line and we'll do everything we can do to make it right.
